yes, they should unless the vectra has got 5 stud alloys and the corsa has only got 4

You need to check the tyres first as a quick look states that
Vectra is 185/70 (12.95) H 14
Corsa is 165/65 (10.725) T 14
Width of Tyre/Depth of Tyre (Percent of Width) Rating of Speed for the Tyre Diameter of Rims.
This means that the Corsa Tyre is 2 Cms Narrower / & the overall diameter of the tyre will be 4 Cms smaller as it is not recommended to fit the Vectra Tyres to the Corsa Rims.

Having said that u would need to check exact tyre & Rim information as there r different ones depending on level of Car.

They should fit as they have the same hole pattern & offset but -

On ur car u cannot go over a 15 inch diameter wheel & with this u can only go to a 195 wide 45 profile tyre where a Vectras would normally have 195 wide 65 profile so in this case u would need to change the tyres to the lower 45 profile.
If u do not adhere to the above the cars gearing & speedo will be substantially altered & u may well find that the tyre & wheel together r too big to fit without fouling something
